Customers in metro cities may typically receive their orders within approximately 3–4 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, product availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances affecting transportation.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

7. Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of circumstances such as:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal of delivery
• Failure to respond to delivery attempts
• Destination serviceability issues

the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).

Where applicable, RTO charges or additional shipping charges may apply according to the circumstances and our applicable policies.
